Mission focus for 2025
We are so excited you are here! Bakerhouse Pentecostal is a new growing church here in Lynden WA. Led by Pastor Aaron Baker. Our church firmly believes in the power of prayer and community to achieve purposeful goals and dreams that will lead our youth, parents, leaders, and singles to Christ. Our team and congregation are dedicated to serving God above all else, but we are also committed to serving you in a way that brings glory to Him.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these, that's why we plan to offer sports and summer camps aimed at including underprivileged and unsheltered youth at low or no cost because we believe that every child who wishes to be part of a team should have the opportunity. We understand how sports, nature, and arts can build confidence and instill a sense of purpose in Christ, helping to keep kids away from drugs and off the streets by allowing them to be part of something they can take pride in. In addition to youth programs, we are passionate about strengthening marriages, and families based on biblical principles in our community. We offer counseling, youth group, marriage courses, worship and healing services as God leads us.
We plan to rent out various facilities and venues until we Secure a permanent church home in our new community. We know that all things are possible through Christ, and that we will achieve our goals. If you feel led to help please contact us. PASTOR AARON BAKER
Aaron Baker is the Lead Pastor of Bakerhouse Pentecostal Church, located in Lynden, WA, where he serves alongside his wife, Rose Baker. Raised in North Carolina, Aaron grew up in a family deeply rooted in faith; his father was a pastor and his grandfather a reverend known for his healing ministry. These influential role models helped shape Pastor Aaron into the person he is today. During his young adulthood, Aaron served as a paratrooper in the United States Army and achieved recognition as a professional bodybuilder, winning the title of Mr. USA in 1990. Drawing from his adventurous past, he passionately preaches and inspires his congregation. Pastor Aaron Baker expresses his motivation by saying, "I believe every gift, talent, or endeavor that I’ve experienced has been to reveal the glory, power, presence, and love of God. What I do for God in ministry is out of sheer gratitude, honor, and passion." Aaron demonstrates the Lord's power by operating in the gifts of healing and prophecy, witnessing miracles such as tumors shrinking, legs growing, and cancer being healed. He offers prayer, deliverance, and guidance to those the Lord instructs him to help. Aaron encourages all believers to embrace Jesus’ promise found in Mark 16:17-18: "And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name, they will cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not harm them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."
